One Day Retreat: Harmonize and Heal

Join us for a day-long retreat that offers you two separate immersive experiences.

The group will be divided into two halves. You will participate in one experience in the morning, and you will switch to the other experience in the afternoon after your nutritious lunch.

Nature Immersion: In this 2.5-hour experience, you will be gently guided to immerse your senses and reconnect with the natural world, letting go of stress and tension as you allow nature to support your wellness and healing. This session offers the perfect setting for mindfulness in nature.

Sound Bath: In this 2.5-hour experience, you will be guided in a gentle meditation, moving into a releasing Burning Bowl Ceremony, followed by a embodying sound bath. Lie back, relax, and let the frequencies and ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong wash over you, releasing tension and transporting you to a state of inner peace and tranquility.

A nutritious lunch is included to nourish both body and soul.
