I would like to thank Linda from The Flower Health Healing Centre for the amazing experience during her sound bath meditation. I was feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and in physical  pain. I knew I needed to do something to help me relax. I was amazed by my experience. The combination of sounds that she shared vibrated throughout my body, and I also felt surrounded by them. During the 1 hr sound bath, I saw yellows mixed with bright greens, blues mixed with purples and what looked to me as a bright eye shape with bright white, blue, and purple glow surrounding it. My entire body was relaxed, and I felt pure joy. Linda has such a way of playing her sounds that allow you to feel the intensity, the calm, the relaxation, and the connection to each moment. When it was done, I was less stressed and more relaxed. You have an amazing gift, Linda, and thank you for sharing.
