1:1 SESSIONS
Personalized one-on-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs. Whether through Reiki, sound therapy, breathwork, and or tapping (EFT/TRT) or Spinal Energetics, you will explore self-awareness and healing in a safe, supportive environment.
